READER'S DAY PROGRAMME
READER’S DAY OBSERVED
GVHSS Omanoor: Reader’s day was observed in GVHSS Omanoor on June 19. Sri. Aneesh Chovva addressed group of students in the function. He emphasized that visual and electronic media could never substitute books and reading would last an long on the universe existed.
The programme was presided by Sri. Sanjeevu Kumar and honorable Principle, K.N Abdullah kutty inaugurated it. Sri Mohammed Ashraf MP gave the welcome address Smt.Mariyumma,Sri. Haneefa and Shareef facilitated the function.Mymoona.k expressed vote of thanks
A quiz competition was organized for the students and as part of “A Book to Library” project,each students was asked to contribute a book to the Library. The Programme ended with National Anthem.
